As disabled person who needs mobility device, we know that in order to have the mobility device repaired, people with disabilities needs to navigate the complex insurance system, and how that can be time consuming. Moreover, the cost can be expensive due to the many factors. We had been seeing those systematic barriers can be discouraging for many people to have new or repair the wheelchair. Because we had experienced those issue in the first hand, we wanted to have unique organization that can serve people with disabilities from disabled person’s perspective.
